Indications:
Semaglutide (weight‑loss) is indicated for the treatment of obesity as an adjunct to improving glycemic control and weight management.

Dosage and Administration:
Administer by subcutaneous injection once weekly. Semaglutide is available in five dose levels (0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 1.0 mg, 1.7 mg, 2.4 mg). Start at 0.25 mg weekly for the first 4 weeks; if well tolerated, increase the dose every 4 weeks up to a maximum of 2.4 mg weekly. If a dose is missed, administer within 96 hours; otherwise, skip that dose and resume the regular schedule. Rotate injection sites among the abdomen, thigh, and upper arm.

Adverse Reactions:
Common adverse reactions include nausea, abdominal discomfort, dyspepsia, gastroesophageal reflux, abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, taste alteration, fatigue, and decreased appetite.

Storage:
Store refrigerated at 2 °C to 8 °C; do not freeze. Protect from light and keep out of reach of children.
