Indications:
Lenvima is indicated for the treatment of:

• Locally recurrent or metastatic, radioactive iodine–refractory differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC)

• Advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) in combination with everolimus following prior anti-angiogenic therapy

• Unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)

• Advanced endometrial carcinoma in combination with pembrolizumab

Dosage and Administration:

• Differentiated thyroid cancer: 24 mg orally once daily

• Renal cell carcinoma: 18 mg orally once daily (combined with everolimus)

• Hepatocellular carcinoma: 12 mg daily for patients ≥60 kg; 8 mg daily for those <60 kg

• Endometrial cancer: 20 mg orally once daily + pembrolizumab 200 mg IV every 3 weeks
  Take at a consistent time each day. If a dose is missed, skip it—do not double dose.

Common Side Effects:
Hypertension, cardiac dysfunction, arterial thromboembolic events, hepatotoxicity, renal impairment, proteinuria, diarrhea, GI perforation, QT prolongation, hypocalcemia, reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome (RPLS), bleeding, and impaired wound healing.
