Indications:
Ibrutinib is indicated for the treatment of mantle cell lymphoma in patients who have received at least one prior therapy, chronic lymphocytic leukemia (including those with 17p deletion), Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia, and marginal zone lymphoma.

Dosage and Administration:
Recommended dose is 560 mg orally once daily for mantle cell lymphoma and marginal zone lymphoma, or 420 mg orally once daily for chronic lymphocytic leukemia and Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia. Swallow capsules whole; do not chew. Continue treatment as directed until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.

Adverse Reactions:
Common adverse reactions include bleeding, infections, cytopenias, atrial fibrillation, hypertension, and gastrointestinal discomfort (e.g., diarrhea and visual disturbances).

Storage:
Store below 30 °C in a cool, dry place away from light and out of reach of children.
