Indications:
Imbruvica is indicated for the treatment of mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) after at least one prior therapy, chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) including patients with 17p deletion, Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia (WM), and marginal zone lymphoma (MZL).

Dosage and Administration:
The recommended dose is 560 mg once daily for MCL and MZL, or 420 mg once daily for CLL and WM. Capsules should be swallowed whole, not chewed, and taken continuously as prescribed until disease progression or intolerable toxicity.

Common Side Effects:
Bleeding, infections, cytopenia, atrial fibrillation, hypertension, and gastrointestinal issues such as diarrhea and visual disturbances.

Storage:
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from light. Keep out of reach of children.
