Indications:
Jyseleca is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis (RA)—used alone or in combination with methotrexate—and moderate to severe active ulcerative colitis (UC) in patients with inadequate response to conventional therapy.

Dosage and Administration:
The recommended dose is 200 mg orally once daily. For high-risk patients, the maintenance dose may be reduced to 100 mg daily and adjusted as needed based on clinical response.
