Indications:
Revolade is indicated for the treatment of:

• Chronic or persistent immune thrombocytopenia (ITP)

• Thrombocytopenia associated with chronic hepatitis C infection

• Severe aplastic anemia (as adjunctive immunosuppressive therapy)
  It is not indicated for patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS).

Dosage and Administration:
May be taken on an empty stomach or with a low-calcium meal.

• For adult ITP patients: 50 mg once daily (25 mg for East Asian patients or those with liver impairment)

• For children aged 1–5: 25 mg once daily

• For hepatitis C–related thrombocytopenia: 25 mg once daily, adjust every two weeks

• For severe aplastic anemia: dose adjusted based on age and body weight

Common Side Effects:
Anemia, nausea, fever, elevated liver enzymes, cough, fatigue, headache, and diarrhea.

Storage:
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from light. Keep out of reach of children.
