Indications:
Crizotinib is indicated for the treatment of metastatic non‑small cell lung cancer in patients whose tumors test positive for ALK or ROS1 rearrangements.

Dosage and Administration:
The recommended dose is 250 mg orally once daily, administered in two divided doses. For patients with severe renal impairment, the dose may be adjusted to 250 mg once daily. If a dose is missed or vomiting occurs, follow your physician’s instructions.

Adverse Reactions:
Common adverse reactions include visual disturbances, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, edema, constipation, elevated transaminases, fatigue, decreased appetite, upper respiratory tract infection, dizziness, and neuropathy.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place below 30 °C, protected from light and moisture, and keep out of reach of children.
