Indications:
Scemblix is indicated for the treatment of Philadelphia chromosome–positive chronic myeloid leukemia (Ph+ CML) in patients who have previously received two or more tyrosine kinase inhibitors, or for those with the T315I mutation.

Dosage and Administration:
The recommended dose for CML patients is 80 mg once daily (or 40 mg twice daily), and may be adjusted to 200 mg per day in two divided doses depending on the clinical situation. It must be taken on an empty stomach—no food 2 hours before and 1 hour after dosing. If a dose is missed, do not make it up. Dose reductions may be considered for patients with severe adverse reactions.

Common Side Effects:
Bone marrow suppression, pancreatic toxicity, hypertension, allergic reactions, and cardiovascular toxicity.

Storage:
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from light and out of reach of children.
