Indications:
Used with Prednisone, Zytiga treats metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and high-risk castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC).

Dosage & Administration:
Standard dose is 1,000 mg orally once daily (two 500 mg or four 250 mg tablets), taken with divided doses of Prednisone. Must be taken on an empty stomach—at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal—and swallowed whole. For moderate liver impairment, reduce starting dose to 250 mg daily. Pause and adjust if liver toxicity occurs. Avoid strong CYP3A4 inducers.

Common Side Effects:
Fatigue, joint pain, hypertension, nausea, edema, low potassium, hot flashes, diarrhea, vomiting, cough, headache, and upper respiratory infections.

Storage:
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from light. Keep out of reach of children.
