Indications:
Verquvo is indicated to reduce the risk of cardiovascular death and hospitalization following heart failure in adults with symptomatic chronic heart failure and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) below 45%, who have been recently hospitalized or treated with IV diuretics.

Dosage and Administration:
The starting dose is 2.5 mg orally once daily with food. The dose should be doubled every two weeks to reach the target maintenance dose of 10 mg once daily. For patients with difficulty swallowing, tablets may be crushed and mixed with water before administration.

Common Side Effects:
Hypotension and anemia.

Storage:
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from light. Keep out of reach of children.
