Indications:
Ibrance is indicated for the treatment of hormone receptor-positive (HR+), HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer. It is used in combination with an aromatase inhibitor for postmenopausal women or with fulvestrant in patients who have progressed on prior endocrine therapy.
Dosage and Administration:
The recommended dose is 125 mg orally once daily for 21 consecutive days, followed by 7 days off treatment (28-day cycle). In case of adverse reactions, the dose may be reduced to 100 mg or 75 mg. It should be taken with food at the same time each day.
Common Side Effects:
Neutropenia, leukopenia, increased risk of infection, elevated liver enzymes, fatigue, nausea, alopecia, stomatitis, diarrhea, anemia, rash, and thrombocytopenia.

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.
