Indications:
Ertugliflozin is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is not indicated for use in patients with type 1 diabetes or for the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis.

Dosage and Administration:
The starting dose is 5 mg orally once daily. Based on patient tolerability, the dose may be gradually increased to a maximum of 15 mg once daily. In patients with renal impairment, adjust the dose according to their estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR).

Adverse Reactions:
Common adverse reactions may include cough, nasal congestion, sore throat, oral ulcers, diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, constipation, weight loss, dizziness, back pain, joint and muscle pain, weakness, and tremor.

Storage:
Store in a dry place at or below 30 °C, protected from light, and keep out of reach of children.
